There are several ways to find a product on the scrapbooksbydesign.ca website
1. Browse and select the appropriate category links on the left navigation bar under the Shop Online page.
2. Enter one or more keywords in the search field using any combination of product name or brand name. Entering more than one keyword will restrict the search results to products that match all the keywords you enter.

1. Buy a product by adding products to your Shopping Cart.
2. The product will be displayed in your Shopping Cart. Please note that for your convenience, while shopping you will see a summary of the total number of items in your cart that you have selected but have not yet purchased, and the sub-total amount.
3. By selecting the checkout button, you will proceed through the process.

Alternatively, you may order by telephone by calling us at 416-690-7447 during regular store hours. When contacting us, please ensure that you have your product number(s) available for quick and accurate processing.

No. However, creating an online account allows us to keep you informed on your order's status. In addition, setting up an online account makes ordering in the future easier because some of your account information is already on file.

Also, once you create an account and sign in, the items in your cart will remain in your cart, even if you close you session without checking out.

The first receipt is confirmation that your order has been pre-authorized by your credit card company. At the time of shipping a second receipt is generated. This is the actual billing statement and charges to your credit card are made at this time.

For a limited time, all Canadian orders before tax less than $75 will be charged a flat fee of $7.50. All Canadian orders before tax greater than $75 will receive FREE shipping.  

All orders are shipped via expedited post, ensuring that the parcels are insured and guaranteed. Canada Post Expedited Parcel service delivers the next business in the Greater Toronto Area, 1 to 3 business days regionally, and 2 to 7 business days nationally.

The time of the day and the day of the week determine when the item will ship. Typically, your order will ship within the next business day.

Once we've shipped your order, you will receive an email from Canada Post confirming the ship-to-address you requested and a tracking number. To view the delivery progress of your order, click on the link provided in the email sent by Canada Post.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. All orders are billed in Canadian dollars and it is your credit card company that will calculate the actual exchange rate and charge you accordingly. All orders are shipped promptly but may be delayed clearing customs. Duty, taxes and brokerage charges may be applied to your order by your government. 

International orders will be charged the actual shipping amount. You will be notified of the charge for your authorization before your order is shipped. 

Returns are easy. If you are not completely satisfied with any of your products, we will gladly accept unopened, resellable products within 15 days of your order for a 100% return minus original shipping costs. Please email us to let us know of your return. Items must be returned at your expense. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF MAGAZINES, BOOKS, PENS, AND PAPER. 

Scrapbooks By Design is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipment of the product(s) you are returning. For your protection, you may wish to send your return by Regular Parcel Service (insured) and with signature confirmation. Please ensure you keep the receipt for postage and insurance.

In order to protect you and Scrapbooks By Design from fraudulent transactions, we may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform an address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. Scrapbooks By Design also reserves the right not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses, at its discretion. In the event that Scrapbooks By Design chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.

Scrapbooks By Design reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Scrapbooks By Design will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Scrapbooks By Design will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. Where delivery is delayed, Scrapbooks By Design will notify you as soon as possible.
